Children’s Support Worker (Nights)
Job description
This Support Worker role in Child Care is focused on a spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.
Who the work supports
4 x 10 hour waking nights per week (we operate a rolling rota so some weekend work will be required). A spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18).
The approach that fits
Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. Experienced with supporting children overnight.
What needs to be in place
- Willing to undertake the L3 Residential Child Care qualification.
- Qualified with a Diploma in Child Care, or willing to work towards this.
