What is expected
- A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.

Job details
- 21 online modules + in-person training in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour support, and more.
- £17.50 – £28 per hour (depending on shift type!).
- Clear career progression opportunities (Senior Support Worker and beyond!).
