Role overview
William Morris School, (Eastington, Stonehouse, Glos GL10 3SH), part of Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children with neurodevelopmental difficulties. We are currently seeking dedicated term-time only welfare staff to work in our small 39-week boarding provision, due to open in April 2026.

Requirements
- Some experience of working with people in a person-centred way is desirable but not essential.
- An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help.

Job details
- RQF Level 3, Level 4 Certificate in Trauma Informed Care.
- From £13.10 per hour (£13.80 at weekends) and higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3) and £89 sleep-in rate.
- Free Onsite parking and free lunch/meals provided.
- Employee welcome bonus where you could earn an additional £600 in the first year, with payments made between 6 weeks and 1 year (subject to the normal PAYE deductions).
