As a Chlamydia Screening, Home Sampling and Health Promotion Practitioner, the work centres on the main duties of this role will include administration of the at-home STI testing service, the local under 25's Chlamydia Screening Programme, and the Brighton and Hove C-Card fr. Role overview

The team is embedded in the Sexual Health and Contraception Service (SHAC), and is based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. The Chlamydia Screening, Home Sampling and Health Promotion Practitioner role sits within the Chlamydia Screening Team, which delivers the National Chlamydia Screening Programme ac.

The main duties of this role will include administration of the at-home STI testing service, the local under 25's Chlamydia Screening Programme, and the Brighton and Hove C-Card fr.
