Job description
As a Claims Adjuster, the work centres on effectively handle and maintain allocated claims to ensure compliance with client SLA’s/KPI’s/DA’s. It would suit someone who can bring handling cycle-by-cycle responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Where someone would start
Ensure high-quality claims documentation and recordkeeping, supporting accurate reserving, audit compliance, and reporting requirements. Delivering prompt, fair, and accurate claims decisions in line with policy wordings, market practices, delegated authority levels and regulatory requirements. Effectively handle and maintain allocated claims to ensure compliance with client SLA’s/KPI’s/DA’s.

What is expected
- Utilise ECF2 and client platforms as required to complete claims processes.
- Be studying towards or having attained Cert CII qualification.
Job details
- Pension, 5% employee and 5% employer contribution.
- 25 days holiday, increases to 26 days after 5 years and 27 after 10 years.
