Skills and requirements

• Novalis Trust has opportunities at Cotswold Chine School for both ECTs and suitably qualified experienced teachers.
• Our schools provide a nurturing environment for teachers to develop their existing experience or build on their teacher training as an ECT.
• The ability to form relationships with young people, reliability, resilience and a flexible approach to working with others are important.
• Experience in special needs is not essential as training will be provided.

Confirmed role details

• Member of the Teachers Pension Scheme.
• Supportive team environment and all levels of experience welcome.
• From £31,650 (ECT’s). Teachers with relevant experience will be placed at the appropriate level of the pay scale.
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
