What the role involves

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote excellent progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Monitor, and track pupil progress, using data effectively to inform teaching and close gaps in attainment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND and pupils requiring additional support.

• Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

• M1 - M6 - £32,916.00 - £45,352.00.
