What the role involves

• We are proud to lead the region’s Department for Education English Hub, supporting schools across the Southwest in delivering excellence in literacy and curriculum development.
• We have a trust-wide team of teachers who work together to deliver a knowledge-rich, project-based curriculum.
• Teach engaging, purposeful lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Delivering High-Quality Teaching – Plan.
• Supporting Pupil Progress – Use adaptive assessment tools to track progress.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• National Teacher Pay Scale.
• 8am – 5pm x 5 days a week.
• 40 weeks per year (term time + 10 days).
• Generous pension scheme.
