Role overview

These resources enable pupils to engage with learning in ways that promote independence, confidence, and overall personal development. This is a long-term position, subject to a successful trial, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Learning support involved

Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role. Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track. Leader Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join an exceptional SEND secondary school catering to students aged 11–19.
