• This role involves supporting pupils who are unable to access mainstream education due to their Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural needs, so resilience, pat.
• Focuses on empowering pupils to become confident, capable learners by providing tailored support that meets their individual needs.
• Support students to grow, learn and make progress both academically and socially, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Candidate fit

• Have a fully enhanced DBS on the update system or a willingness to obtain one.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, both 1:1 and in group settings.
• Have experience working with individuals with more challenging behaviour.
