What the role involves

• Cleaning communal areas including hallways, stairwells and shared facilities.
• Carrying out routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, removing rubbish and restocking supplies.
• Cleaning and maintaining bin stores, ensuring they remain tidy and accessible.
• Removing litter, leaves, dog waste and other debris from external areas.
• Sweeping pathways and hardstanding areas, as well as supporting with winter gritting and snow clearance.
• Cleaning lift interiors and maintaining communal fixtures.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience within estate services, communal cleaning or property maintenance.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Experience using handheld devices or mobile technology to record completed work is desirable.
