What the role involves

• Be cleaning communal areas ensuring all standards are maintained throughout and all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Reporting hazards and checking over equipment to ensure they are in good condition, reporting any issues to management.
• Removal of waste and recycling.
• Be lone working on occasion and also be working as part of a team, working together to ensure all daily tasks have been covered.
• Will include sweeping, mopping, hoovering, rubbish disposal and other general duties attached to the role.

Skills and requirements

• All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including references and an enhanced DBS check, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
• Previous commercial cleaning experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to hours and duties.

Confirmed role details

• Temporary - 3 months minimum.
