Cleaner focuses on · to carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the contract manager.

What the role involves

• · To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager.
• Update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system.
• · Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems.
• · To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
• · Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.
• · To inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with callouts/repairs as required, and requested by management.

Skills and requirements

• · L8 (legionella awareness), IPAF (working at height).

Confirmed role details

• WEEK 2 14:00 -22:00 MONDAY – FRIDAY, 40 hours per week.
• 24/7 GP: Both you and your immediate family can speak to a UK-based GP from the comfort of your own home.
• Mental Health support and Life Event Counseling.
• Support: Online chat or telephone service for urgent support in a crisis.

• Electrical, L8 (legionella awareness), fire systems, asbestos, F-Gas etc.
