What the role involves
- Assisting in managing employee records, including sick leave, holiday, and expense reimbursement processes.
- Supporting onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and tracking onboarding progress.
- Coordinating employee training sessions.
- Monitor training completion.
- Assisting with employee visa applications, work permits, and internal transfers where required.
- Provide general administrative support across a variety of HR functions.
Skills and requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn HR systems and software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
