This Cleaning Area Mobile Support opportunity is built around in the event of absence or being short staffed, attend stores to support with all cleaning duties – this is a hands-on role. It would suit someone who can bring carry out regular meetings with direct reports to assist in effective two-way communication and to communicate the company’s aims and objectives to colleagues to the role.
Role overview
Ensuring all employees are well presented and ambassadors of the Arcus values & behaviours. HR – Conducting investigation meetings / welfare meetings and other related HR issues - in line with company Policy and Procedures.
Main responsibilities
In the event of absence or being short staffed, attend stores to support with all cleaning duties – this is a hands-on role. To allocate tasks and responsibilities to the team and take the necessary steps to ensure the specified service is delivered. Arcus Cleaning Area Mobile Support take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers, working alongside Area Managers.

Requirements
- Attend meetings as required by the Area Operations Manager to assist in effective communications with both management and service user.
Job details
- Holiday – 28 days plus bank holiday on a pro rata basis.
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
- Flexible hours available with overtime opportunities.
- Significant cleaning experience in a management role.
