Cleanroom Fitout Construction Manager focuses on monitoring the main contractor’s execution of schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other sitebased planning activities.

What the role involves

• Monitoring the main contractor’s execution of schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other sitebased planning activities.
• Advise works progress to the client schedulers on a weekly basis.
• Maintaining daily labour reports and furnish data to the client schedulers.
• Participate with the client engineers and understand deliverables such as System Impact.
• Assessment, Critical Component Impact Assessments, System Boundary Drawings, and Requirement Traceability Matrix).

Skills and requirements

• Have at least 10 years of experience as a Cleanroom and fitout CM.
• Degree qualified in an Engineering, Technical or Construction Discipline.
• Tertiary qualification in quality management would be advantageous.
• Be able to demonstrate Continued Professional Development (CPD).
