Cleanroom Fitout Construction Manager focuses on monitoring the main contractor’s execution of schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other sitebased planning activities.
What the role involves
- Monitoring the main contractor’s execution of schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other sitebased planning activities.
- Advise works progress to the client schedulers on a weekly basis.
- Maintaining daily labour reports and furnish data to the client schedulers.
- Participate with the client engineers and understand deliverables such as System Impact.
- Assessment, Critical Component Impact Assessments, System Boundary Drawings, and Requirement Traceability Matrix).
Skills and requirements
- Have at least 10 years of experience as a Cleanroom and fitout CM.
- Degree qualified in an Engineering, Technical or Construction Discipline.
- Tertiary qualification in quality management would be advantageous.
- Be able to demonstrate Continued Professional Development (CPD).
