As a Accounts Assistant, the work centres on reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

How the role works day to day
Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts. Preparing and issue monthly, Weekly and Quarterly income & expenditure/Portfolio reports for multiple landlords. Understanding and explaining ledger transactions to support queries for landlords.

What needs to be in place
- Experience within a property or client accounting related role.
- Solutions focused, able to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client, preventing escalation and delivering an excellent client experience.
- A good understanding of the residential lettings sector, the role of client accounting and key skills required.
