As a Client Care Advisor, the work centres on we are currently seeking an additional part-time client care advisor to join our friendly and dynamic client care team. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, patience, and reliable follow-through to the role.

What needs to be in place

• Veterinary Client Care Advisors do much more than answer the phone!
• As the first point of contact for our clients, you can be welcoming a puppy one minute and comforting an owner who has lost their pet the next.
• The ideal candidate must be a client focused individual who can demonstrate an aptitude for multi-tasking and will ideally possess previous reception experience.
