Client Relationship Associate

Client Relationship Associate focuses on respond to client queries with guidance from your manager.

What the role involves

• Respond to client queries with guidance from your manager.
• Assisting advisers with client portfolio administration.
• Complete valuations and workflow tasks accurately and on time.
• Create new client records, run risk assessments, and liaise with providers.
• Processing client transactions, including trading funds.
• Assist with wider Financial Planning team duties.

Skills and requirements

• GCSEs with Grade 5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Working towards relevant A-levels, BTECs, or similar is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about client service and able to work well under pressure.
