What the role involves

• Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations across Fulham, Marylebone and digital services.
• Managing rota coordination, staffing coverage and sickness monitoring.
• Coordinating incident management, complaints handling and governance follow-up.
• Supporting safeguarding, infection control, GDPR and risk assessment processes.
• Monitoring operational KPIs, including commercial performance metrics, patient conversion rates, customer support metrics, revenue targets.

Skills and requirements

• Experience managing teams within healthcare or clinical environments.
• Commercial awareness within a private and self-pay healthcare environment, including understanding of revenue drivers, patient journey optimization and P&L accountability.
• Experience with Semble, Microsoft 365, G Suite or digital patient systems.
• 25 days annual leave, your birthday off, plus bank holidays.

Confirmed role details

• Some remote flexibility may be available depending on operational needs.
• £45,000 - £50,000 per year (depending on experience).
