Clinic Manager

What the role involves
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations across Fulham, Marylebone and digital services.
- Managing rota coordination, staffing coverage and sickness monitoring.
- Coordinating incident management, complaints handling and governance follow-up.
- Supporting safeguarding, infection control, GDPR and risk assessment processes.
- Monitoring operational KPIs, including commercial performance metrics, patient conversion rates, customer support metrics, revenue targets.
Skills and requirements
- Experience managing teams within healthcare or clinical environments.
- Commercial awareness within a private and self-pay healthcare environment, including understanding of revenue drivers, patient journey optimization and P&L accountability.
- Experience with Semble, Microsoft 365, G Suite or digital patient systems.
- 25 days annual leave, your birthday off, plus bank holidays.
Confirmed role details
- Some remote flexibility may be available depending on operational needs.
- £45,000 - £50,000 per year (depending on experience).
