Skills and requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.
• Previous nursing home experience essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication and clinical skills.

• £60,000 per annum.
