Care skills and requirements
- Understanding of clinical governance, risk management, quality assurance and current healthcare priorities.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and policy, including safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and clinical standards.
- Broad knowledge of Trust policies, procedures and professional standards relevant to rehabilitation services.
