Clinical Lead

This Clinical Lead role is focused on providing visible clinical leadership across rehabilitation services, supporting safe staffing, governance, risk management, quality improvement and evidence-based care. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Care skills and requirements

• Understanding of clinical governance, risk management, quality assurance and current healthcare priorities.
• Understanding of relevant legislation and policy, including safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and clinical standards.
• Broad knowledge of Trust policies, procedures and professional standards relevant to rehabilitation services.
