Clinical Lead Nurse | Band 7 | Upto £43.66/hr focuses on will provide leadership, working as an integral part of the mdt supporting all relevant aspects of team functioning and the leadership of the team.

What the role involves

• Will provide leadership, working as an integral part of the MDT supporting all relevant aspects of team functioning and the leadership of the team.
• Will provide both professional specific support and general support to staff as a senior.
• They will also support the management function within the service as appropriate.
• Supporting the department and organisation to achieve the Trust Mission.

Skills and requirements

• The ability to use assessment information to make clinical formulations, and devise treatment plans to support the management of risk in the team.
• 6 months Healthcare experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• References covering last 3 years of clinical employment.

• Clinical judgement, NMC standards, calm communication, and careful documentation.

• Band: 7 WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00hrs.
