Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist- Mental Health focuses on our dedicated team of occupational therapists and healthcare support workers work with the people of fife aged 18 years and over who are experiencing mental health problems.

What the role involves

• Our dedicated team of Occupational Therapists and healthcare support workers work with the people of Fife aged 18 years and over who are experiencing mental health problems.
• They provide clinical expertise in a number of clinical specialities both within inpatient settings and the community including adult, older adult, rehabilitation and forensic.
• The primary focus of the role is to provide clinical leadership, governance and quality improvement.
• Clinical Governance: Leading clinical audits, risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

• Driving improvements in clinical pathways, protocols, and patient care standards.
• Supporting staff development through teaching, mentoring, and competency assessments.
