Progress to managing increasingly complex claims independently. The team places just as much importance on rehabilitation and client wellbeing as legal outcomes.

Legal work involved

Work on high-value clinical negligence cases while building your own quality caseload. Develop alongside experienced specialists. Initially, you’ll manage your own caseload of around 15 files while supporting senior colleagues on more complex, higher-value matters.

Legal skills and experience

• As your experience grows, so will your responsibility.
• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 1–6 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence.
• Experience managing or assisting on claimant clinical negligence matters.
