Candidate fit

• The suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants.
• Have experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post exchange of expert evidence.
• Have an established record of exceptional client care and be comfortable in understanding clients’ needs and dealing with often sensitive injury issues.
