Clinical Pharmacist focuses on review cbpm prescriptions for safety and accuracy.

What the role involves

• Review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments to individual patient needs.
• Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options.
• Maintaining accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards.
• Supporting the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries.
• Delivering education and training on CBPM to patients, clinicians, and staff.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Additional role context

• This is a role, you will work 2-3 days (including the evenings and weekends) in our Winnersh office located in Winnersh Triangle.
• Requires on-site working during evenings and weekends.
• As a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) you will split your time between three days Onsite and two days working remotely.
