• Supporting medicines optimisation through medication review, reconciliation, and prescription review.
• Provide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, consultants, and staff.
• Assisting in the safe procurement, management, and control of medication stock.
• Supporting the introduction and evaluation of new medicines and therapies.
• Supporting pharmacy operations including dispensing, supply, and procurement processes.
• Assisting in the training and development of colleagues across the hospital.
