  • Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.

Skills and requirements

  • Occasional evening working up to 6:00pm may be required.
  • MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent).
  • Previous NHS hospital experience.

Confirmed role details

  • This is a full-time locum role (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) , working cross-site depending on service needs.
  • Start: ASAP – 3 months+.
  • £30–£36 ph umbrella (or its PAYE equivalent).
  • Deliver clinical pharmacy services including prescription review and medicines optimisation.
