What the role involves

• Delivering high‑quality psychological assessment and intervention with children and young people across relevant service pathways.
• Maintaining clear, professional clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Develop the organisation’s internal Clinical Academy.
• Supporting supervisors and Clinical Leads to embed shared expectations and good practice.

Skills and requirements

• Registered Clinical Psychologist with 5+ years post‑qualification experience, currently registered with the HCPC (or equivalent professional body, e.g.
• Demonstrable commitment to CPD, reflective practice, and evidence‑based care.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent Full Time role - Hybrid working, working from home and otherwise typically one day a week in Barnstaple, North Devon - to be discussed.
• Develop, and sustain excellent clinical practice.

Additional role context

• Participation in multi‑disciplinary assessments (MDAs) for the Adoption Support Fund (ASF).
• Develop, and embed clinical standards, translate these into meaningful learning and development experiences.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement across the organisation.
