What the role involves
- Work to build regional, national and international research networks.
- Support a team of researchers, including postgraduate research students, with similar interests.
- Review activity and treatment activity including with sedation and general anaesthetic).
Skills and requirements
- Engage with internal and external educational quality assurance activities as required to ensure a high quality teaching offer.
- Specialist level knowledge and clinical experience in Endodontics and related subjects applicable to the undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum.
- Experience of learning and teaching in subjects related to the activities of the School at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
- Provide leadership to teaching, research and clinical teams.
Candidate fit
- Direct patient care x 4 (to include clinical supervision/education of students and NHS team members, new patient.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly both orally and in writing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to manage conflicting priorities.
