Clinical Skills Trainer focuses on we are expanding our clinical skills team and are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable clinical skills trainer to support our south region.

What the role involves

  • We are expanding our Clinical Skills team and are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Clinical Skills Trainer to support our South region.
  • Delivering Clinical Skills training (Day 1 & Day 2) as part of a shared rota.
  • Leading the clinical component of branch induction programmes for new starters.
  • Delivering Bowel Management training Monthly.
  • Conduct clinical observations within your region to support best practice.
  • Review and quality assure competency assessments and knowledge documentation.

Skills and requirements

  • Current NMC registration (essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Recent experience delivering clinical training within complex care settings (essential).
