Clinical Skills Trainer focuses on we are expanding our clinical skills team and are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable clinical skills trainer to support our south region.
What the role involves
- We are expanding our Clinical Skills team and are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Clinical Skills Trainer to support our South region.
- Delivering Clinical Skills training (Day 1 & Day 2) as part of a shared rota.
- Leading the clinical component of branch induction programmes for new starters.
- Conduct clinical observations within your region to support best practice.
- Review and quality assure competency assessments and knowledge documentation.
- Free 24 hour confidential Employee Assistance Programme Helpline & App to support with legal, health, wellbeing, relationship and consumer advice.
Skills and requirements

- Current NMC registration (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Recent experience delivering clinical training within complex care settings (essential).

- This is a full-time role , combining remote working with regular travel across the South region.
