Skills and requirements
- Need to have a Level 6 Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy.
- Proven ability to work effectively within your area of practice, supported by relevant experience. As well as managing complex caseloads and supporting/ mentoring other.
- Be a registered health care professional with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or Health.
- Understand where to signpost clients and families to alternative services to support behaviour change and improve health.
