What the role involves

• Main duties of the job As Clinical Team Manager (CTM) for CRISS you will offer management support and guidance to the staff team.
• Lead on specific developments as identified.
• The post supports the Operational Manager to provide the leadership structure for the service overall.
• Support the other band 7’s in times of absence to ensure the whole service is functioning safely.Within this role the post will lead all aspects of clinical governance and service.
• We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country.

Skills and requirements

• This is an essential requirement of the role, and the Trust is unable to offer you a role if you are unable to meet Trust requirements for sponsorship and Home Office requirements.
• Occupational Therapy with 2 years post qualification Experience Essential criteria Have experience as a manager in an acute setting.
