Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply. Motivating and mentoring the team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. You’re passionate about caring for the elderly and infirm (change as necessary) and have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity.

Practical details
- Permanent 48 hours per week , 3 days on the floor and 12 hours supernumerary.
