• Technical support around the daily operation, maintenance and security of production and non-production environments according to ITSM policies.
• Advising and supporting the Engineering team as part of a DevSecOps culture to ensure operational excellence.
• Curating the internal knowledge base to deliver operational accuracy and repeatability.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• Demonstrated experience in AWS cloud-native configuration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and networking concepts.
• Practical experience with a scripting language such as powershell or python. Any understanding of development languages such as C#, Java is a bonus.
