Club Coordinator focuses on assist members and guests with professionalism and discretion.
What the role involves
- Assist Members and guests with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to the Events and Membership departments.
- Maintaining accurate Member records.
- Assist with onboarding new Members.
- Coordinating Club communications and respond to Member enquiries.
- Supporting the planning and execution of Club events.
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour contract, worked across five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
- The Club operates from 7am to 11pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on bank holidays. Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings is essential.
- £35,000 package which includes hotel service charge, and salary.
- Up to 20 complimentary nights at any Four Seasons Hotel or Resort around the world based on years of service.
