• Setting and operating CNC gear cutting machinery to produce components to drawing specification.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances accurately.
• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
• Selecting appropriate tooling and making adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Working to production schedules and flagging any issues to the supervisor.
• Proven experience as a CNC Gear Cutter, CNC Setter/Operator, or similar precision machining role.
