• Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks on finished components to ensure adherence to defined standards.
• Collaborate effectively with design engineers and fellow machinists to improve manufacturing processes and optimize production techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of all machining activities performed.
• Assisting in training and mentoring junior machinists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
