Coach Driver

The Driver position centres on keeping records, equipment, vehicles, or work areas accurate and safe during the shift. It would suit someone who can bring accuracy, pace, and safe handling of the work to the role.

Where the work sits

HGV Driver focuses on handle stock, goods, deliveries, routes, checks, or dispatch activity according to the role focus. To qualify for this bonus, you must not have been employed by First Bus in the past 12 months.

Practical details

• Qualified drivers are eligible for a £3,000 signing bonus, payable in two instalments over 12 months (the first payment after 6 months of service, and the second payment after 12 m.
• These are permanent, Full Time positions, working 39 hours per week across a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Licences, skills and experience

• A flexible, reliable attitude and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• A valid PCV license.
• Experience as a Coach Driver, HGV Driver, or Bus Driver with a passion for customer service.
