Where someone would start

Act as the technical escalation point for complex product and operational issues, supporting Tier 2 teams and customers. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone. Ensure compliance with NOV quality standards (ISO 9001) and HSE policies.

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
