• Your remit is to support your peers in delivering best performance and improve production to achieve and surpass internal and customer targets.
• Able to deliver the daily production plan on time and in full, ensuring high quality standards are implemented & maintained.

Confirmed role details

• Effectively manage all resources Onsite, working collaboratively with other departments for delivering and exceeding Onsite KPI’s.
• Overtime – time and a half after basic hours.

Candidate fit

• Proven production leadership experience within a food or FMCG background.
• Extensive knowledge & understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to apply in live situations the principles and tools of lean manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of the people processes, needed to build a high performing team.
