• Assist in developing and executing the internal communication and engagement strategy under the direction of the Internal Comms & Engagement Manager.
• Deliver regular communications that bring strategic narratives to life – including updates, announcements, and stories.
• Coordinate the logistics and delivery of key events (e.g. town halls, celebrations, leader engagement sessions), ensuring smooth execution.
