• Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team.
• This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East.
• Be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio.
• This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.

Additional role context

• Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systems.
• Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault finding.
• Be part of the Specialist Services team, reporting into the Specialist Services Manager with day-to-day support from the AC Supervisor and office team.
