We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as a Commercial Analyst at our Central London office!

You will support the optimisation of, and analyse the performance of commercial initiatives across the business to maximise sales and profit for Elior.

What you'll be doing...

Key Accountabilities:

Assist the Commercial Optimisation Manager in analyzing commercial initiatives and implementing changes.

Develop strong relationships with operations, finance, and IT teams.

Optimize the analysis process to identify improvement opportunities and report on key metrics.

Present performance, recommendations, and strategy to senior teams.

Collaborate with menu management and operations teams for effective information flow.

Essential Experience and Knowledge:

Proficient in Excel/pivot tables for data analysis and manipulation.

High attention to detail for organizing data for senior stakeholders.

Experience managing information databases and reporting processes.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a creative problem-solving approach.

Experience with cross-functional data assimilation and project implementation to improve customer experience.

Working Pattern:  Mon-Fri

What can you bring?

Desirable Experience and Knowledge:

Proficiency in Excel VBA.

Experience with Power BI.

Experience managing/analyzing IT systems.

Degree-level education.

Experience in FMCG/Hospitality/Retail.
