This Legal role is focused on assisting and advising the business and colleagues in the Legal Department on regulatory change and implementation affecting the businesses we support. It would suit someone who can bring is confident, well‑organised and proactive and would enjoy working closely with Origination, Sales, Trading, Structuring and control functions to the role.

Main responsibilities

Assisting and advising the business and colleagues in the Legal Department on regulatory change and implementation affecting the businesses we support. Driving process, documentation and efficiency improvements across the various areas of coverage. Providing general legal support and advice to the business.

Is confident, well‑organised and proactive and would enjoy working closely with Origination, Sales, Trading, Structuring and control functions.

Requirements

• Has experience (4+ PQE) of securitised products.
• Licensed to practice law in England & Wales or a similar jurisdiction.
• Has good judgement and is able to identify risks and issues and upscale where appropriate.
