Office Administrator focuses on support the business, balancing and driving both the client’s and site requirements.
What the role involves
- Support the business, balancing and driving both the client’s and site requirements.
- Take the lead on general office administration duties as well as remaining flexible to additional ad hoc office-based task requirements.
- Work with the existing office administrator to ensure there is always cover provided.
- Ensure logistics, conference rooms are aligned and sufficiently prepared.
- Schedule client visits.
- Supporting the global business relationship with key accounts through understanding the client’s organization and business needs to ensure overall approach is client centric versus si.
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.

Candidate fit
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical development activities and processes. API Development is advantageous but not essential.

- As well as to support the Commercial Manager with proposals and RFPs from prospective customers with scoped project activities and deliverables.
