Commercial Assistant focuses on at bam site solutions, we provide company cars and light commercial vehicles (lcvs) across the group nationally.

What the role involves

• At BAM Site Solutions, we provide company cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) across the group nationally.
• Ensure all fleet items (vehicle hire, maintenance, fuel, insurance) are costed correctly.
• Process recharges to internal clients in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of all fleet transactions.
• Coordinating with finance and project teams to facilitate timely payments and cost allocation.
• Analyse transactional data relating to fleet operations.

Skills and requirements

• We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to provide essential support to Fleet operations, ensuring accurate costing, timely recharging, and aiding P&L management.
• Support ad-hoc commercial analysis and projects as required IND1.
• Previous commercial, finance, or fleet industry experience (advantageous but not essential).
