- Coordinate customer requests in a timely and professional manner (e.g. service and prototype quotations, country of origin declarations, purchase order amendments, tooling asset re.
- Supporting Key Account Managers with the preparation, tracking and management of commercial data.
- Develop databases, cost and price trackers, and data collection systems to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Analysing and interpret commercial data within internal systems.
- Provide regular insights and reporting.
- Manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working in a customer-facing or commercially focused environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Degree in Data Science, Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
